Design Kompany made a web site for a client who told us she turns 90% of calls from web visitors into sales.

This illuminates the fact that not only is she a great sales person, but that she and we succeeded together at creating a “seamless marketing” process.

If a visitor to your web site who fits your customer profile relates to what she sees, it’s easier for her to take the next step. The call. Then, if the voice, tone, and the person on the other side of the line fits what she’s just seen in the web site, the sales is made.

In today’s pimped-up mix of cars, houses and myspace profiles, authenticity is something small businesses can’t afford to take lightly.

So what’s the first step to seamless marketing of your business? Take a look at your business card, your store front, and your web site — are they all in sync with each other, and yourself?

If not, think about how you can get them to align.
